Deception Pass State Park is a 4,134-acre marine and camping park with 77,000 feet of saltwater shoreline, and 33,900 feet of freshwater shoreline on three lakes. Rugged cliffs drop to meet the turbulent waters of Deception Pass.

The most frequently visited state park in Washington, Deception Pass spans Fidalgo and Whidbey Islands in Puget Sound and features freshwater lakes, sandy beaches, rocky seashore, marshes rich with bird life, sand dunes, and old-growth forests. This park offers spectacular views, natural beauty, and activities–especially water sports, bird watching, and exploring–that the whole family will enjoy.
